Chimsom Chuka Takes The Lead: First Head Of House In BBNaija S11!

Chimsom Chuka, an actor and pharmacist from Anambra, has become the first Head of House in the 11th season of Big Brother Naija. In the first challenge of the show, he was granted immunity from eviction for a week.

After Chimsom completed the first Head of House task on Monday, the competition’s first full day, with the fastest overall time, Big Brother declared him the winner.

Before the top performers were compared to determine the winner, the male housemates competed against each other and the female contestants fought independently.

The Deputy Head of House was Abi, an Osun State chef and model who placed second overall.

This season’s winner won’t immediately take up residence in the opulent Head of House loft, in contrast to earlier iterations of the reality show.

Rather, a new twist was introduced by Big Brother, who made Chimsom choose a housemate through a lucky dip in order to receive the privilege.

Chimsom chose Tram from a yellow lucky dip box, and he was instantly given access to the Head of House loft for the duration of the week. Later on, Tram decided to live with Sheba in the apartment.

Chimsom will not remain in the Head of House residence, but he will still have other leadership privileges, a special treat from Big Brother, and the main benefit of the position—immunity from this week’s eviction.
