Peter Obi Dares Critics To Reveal His Records Before 2027 Showdown

Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress, has said he has nothing to conceal and has challenged anyone to release any official records about him.

In response to Ambassador-designate Reno Omokri’s allegations that presidential candidates possess FBI files, Obi stated in an interview that he had never worked with the FBI and was not aware of any such files.

The former governor of Anambra State stated that he is in favor of complete public scrutiny because candidates for public office ought to be prepared to answer for themselves.

He intends to request that all of his academic records, including his admission information and first-year and graduation grades, be made public by the University of Nigeria.

His executive programs at Lagos Business School, London School of Economics, Columbia Business School, Kellogg, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD, and IMD should all be treated with the same transparency.

According to Obi, since public servants are leaders who ought to serve as role models for society, they should be subject to public scrutiny.

He called on other presidential contenders to be as open and truthful about their past transgressions.

Anyone with any record or evidence against Obi should come forward and bring it into the open. Let the truth be revealed, and let the chips fall where they may
