Pastor Kumuyi Shares Key Remedy For Overcoming Insecurity

Pastor William Kumuyi, General Superintendent of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, has exhorted Nigerians to seek God’s help in addressing the nation’s insecurity.

Following a courtesy visit to Hyacinth Alia, the governor of Benue State, at Government House, Kumuyi spoke with reporters.

“We know that, when bad things happen, there are people who are responsible for it, but the people are not the solution. God is our problem solver,” he said.

He added, “God is waiting for us. He said, ‘If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and turn away from their sins,’ He is ready to solve their problems.”

He also commended the state government, saying, “Benue is making remarkable progress in infrastructure and education, despite visible challenges around insecurity.”

Speaking during the visit, Ode said Benue was blessed with agricultural and human resources.

In the end, there is no true solution to insecurity apart from God. He is our refuge, our strength, and our unwavering source of peace. We must place our trust fully in Him, seeking His guidance and relying on His power to overcome every fear and doubt.

When we turn to God and depend on His promises, we find the security and assurance that the world cannot provide. Let us continually look to Him as our only true solution.
