176 individuals who were abducted during the February 3, 2026 raid on the Woro and Nuku communities in the state’s Kaiama Local Government Area have been freed, according to the Kwara State Government.

The State Government announced this on Wednesday via a post on its official Facebook page.

“Thank God and congrats to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the GCFR, the security forces, and everyone else who contributed to this amazing accomplishment. “Thank you,” the Facebook post stated.
