Vector’s Love Story: From Nightclub Encounter To Forever

Rapper Vector from Nigeria has revealed how he unexpectedly met his wife, Yinka Coker, and how their romance started at a nightclub.

In a recent episode of the MENtality podcast, which is hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu and Banky W, the rapper shared the story while reflecting on relationships, cultural expectations, and the significance of making personal choices when selecting a life partner.

Speaking about how he met his wife, Vector said;

“I met my woman in the club. You will not believe she is super homely. Who would have thought? What was the first attraction? She was rapping Heavy D.”

“So, you can’t take advice when it comes to a life partner. The typical advice that I heard before then was that there were no good women in the club.”

“I am not saying you shouldn’t take any advice, you can have a few people who give you good counsel then on your own, you can decide what works for you.”

It does not matter where you meet your better half; what truly matters is their character.

The place is just a backdrop; it’s the person’s kindness, integrity, and genuine heart that make the connection meaningful.

Ultimately, true love is built on qualities that endure beyond the setting, reminding us that the most important thing is finding someone whose character aligns with our values.
