Bishop David Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, was honored on his 72nd birthday by former Senate President Bukola Saraki and former Vise President Atiku Abubakar.
In separate messages posted on their X handles on Sunday, the two former political figures praised the cleric, emphasizing his contributions to human development, philanthropy, education, and mentoring.
The African Democratic Congress’s 2027 presidential candidate, Atiku, stated that Oyedepo should be honored for his contributions to society and his role in founding institutions.
Atiku said;
“I join family, friends, and well-wishers to congratulate Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide and Senior Pastor of Faith Tabernacle, Ota, Ogun State, as he marks his 72nd birthday.”
“I sincerely honour his legacy as Chancellor of Covenant University and Landmark University, and his far-reaching contributions to education, mentorship, philanthropy, and human development.”
Saraki, in his message, focused on Oyedepo’s consistency in standing by his convictions and the influence of his ministry on the faith of many people.
