Guess What Natasha Promised Her Grandfather

Natasha Osawaru, a lawmaker from Edo State and the wife of musician 2Baba, has declared her intention to run for president of Nigeria.

During the celebration of her grandfather’s birthday, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, the Esama of the Benin Kingdom, Osawaru made the promise, which she shared on Instagram.

Osawaru is seen directly addressing the elder statesman in a video from the event, promising to make him proud by rising to the top position in the country.

“I promise you, I will be the President of this country and make you very proud,” she said.

It seems likely that Natasha is simply playfully teasing her grandfather, perhaps joking about making him proud in her own unique way.
