Growth Into Greatness
It is not the ambition of a baby elephant to become big. It is its nature. Growth is already built into it. With time, nourishment, and the right environment, it becomes what it was designed to be. In the same way, the life of a believer is not meant to be driven by empty ambition or pressure to “become something.” It is about becoming what God has already designed you to be. Greatness in the Kingdom is not forced. It is revealed.
When we say we are made for the top, it is rooted in God’s promise. Scripture makes it clear that God’s desire for His people is to be above and not beneath, to lead and not follow. This is not pride. It is positioning. It is God’s design for those who walk in covenant with Him. The top is not merely a place of status. It is a place of influence, responsibility, and alignment with purpose.
There is no such thing as an adult baby. Every great life starts small. Every strong believer was once learning, struggling, growing, and being shaped. God does not take people to the top without first developing their capacity to remain there. Growth is part of becoming.
This is where many people miss it. They embrace the promise of the top, but resist the process that leads there. Growth requires patience, discipline, consistency, and sometimes uncomfortable seasons. Just as the baby elephant does not become full-grown overnight, the believer does not step into full manifestation instantly. There is a journey.
Your spiritual life must grow. Your understanding of God’s Word must deepen. Your character must be refined. Your faith must be tested and strengthened. These are not delays. They are preparations.
So yes, we belong to the top, but not by assumption. We grow into it through alignment. As you remain rooted in God’s Word, walk in obedience, and stay consistent, what God has already placed within you begins to manifest outwardly.
In simple terms, the top is your birthright, but maturity is your pathway. If you stay with God through the process, you will not struggle to prove your place. Your life will naturally begin to reflect it.
