Wumi Toriola Shares A Message For Schools And Parents

Published on

In light of the extreme heat in the nation, Wumi Toriola has advised parents to give their kids more water bottles, add extra water, and remind them to stay hydrated and wear light clothing.

She wrote;

“As a concerned mother, I appeal to our schools to take extra precautions during this period of intense heat.

”And parents, increase their water bottles, add extra water, remind them to hydrate well and dress lightly.

”Just a reminder as we enter a new week”.

Wumi Toriola is absolutely right: the heat is intense, and school authorities need to take precautions to protect students and staff. Classrooms should be well ventilated, with enough space for air to circulate, and class sizes should be kept manageable so students aren’t overcrowded.
