TikToker Peller’s Shocking Jail Experience: From Fame To Police Cell

After being detained by the police for nearly four days, Nigerian TikToker and streamer Habeeb Hamzat, better known by his stage name as Peller, talked about his experience.

Following an altercation with police over a tinted car without a license plate, Peller was recently taken into custody in Lagos’ Lekki neighborhood.

After being charged with obstructing police officers during an operation, Peller and his associate, Bello Oladipo, were later granted ₦500,000 bail by a Lagos Magistrate’s Court.

After being released, Peller recounted his time in custody on his Snapchat account, disclosing that he didn’t eat or take a shower.

He said, “I am ugly now, I can’t show my face yet. Omo, I slept in cell for almost four days. It has never happened to me before in my life o.

“I no chop for four good days, I no bath.”

“Nah, my wedding dey my mind. Nah to dey waka jeje after wedding japa.”

Moving forward, Peller should remember the importance of watching his words and managing his temper. Maintaining respect and composure in challenging situations can prevent unnecessary trouble and help him navigate his journey more smoothly.
