Enugu State Governor Peter Mbah has appointed Nollywood actresses Rachel Okonkwo and Eucharia Anunobi as assistants.
Mbah authorized 101 appointments in three categories: 88 Special Assistants, 6 Senior Special Assistants, and 7 Special Advisers.
Okonkwo was named Senior Special Assistant on Film and Creative Industry Development. She is well-known for her part in Nkoli Nwa Nsukka.
She is from Enugu State’s Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area.
Eucharia Anunobi, a seasoned actress, was named the Enugu-North Zone’s Special Assistant on Women’s Mobilization.
She has appeared in more than 90 films and became well-known in Nollywood during the 1990s.
