President Tinubu To Perform Umrah In Saudi Arabia
On Thursday, President Bola Tinubu will leave Abuja for Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to perform Umrah, a pilgrimage to the holy city that is part of Islamic spirituality.
In a statement titled “President Tinubu departs Abuja for Makkah to pray for the nation,” Special Advisor to the President on Information and Strategy Bayo Onanuga revealed this on Wednesday.
The statement claims that the visit will give the President a chance to engage in spiritual contemplation, devotion, and prayers for Nigeria’s peace, unity, stability, and ongoing advancement.
“While in Makkah, President Tinubu will perform the religious rites associated with Umrah, seeking Allah’s guidance and blessings for Nigeria and its people,” the statement said.
We wish President Tinubu a blessed and spiritually fulfilling Umrah. May God accept his prayers and supplications, and may his intercessory prayers be accepted as well.
