Nomy Issues Apology To Fans Following BBNaija S11 Disqualification

Whitney Nneoma Chukwu, also known as Nomy, a housemate on Big Brother Naija Season 11, has apologized to her fans after being kicked off the reality show.

Nomy’s time on the “Show Ya Sef” edition of the reality show ended abruptly when she was disqualified for repeatedly disobeying Big Brother’s instructions.

On Tuesday, September 8, 2026, Nomy spoke at an X Space and expressed how overwhelmed she was by the amount of support she received from her fans after leaving the house.

The former housemate apologized to fans who were upset by her disqualification and thanked those who supported her during her time on the show.

Nomy said;

“Just hearing that I have an entire nation just makes me so happy. I’m so thankful to each and every one of you. I’m sorry to everyone who I have let down, it wasn’t intentional.”

“If I had known I had this much support and love waiting for me at home, I would have done everything I could to take me to the finale, but I guess it was just meant to work out this way. I’m sorry for letting you down.”

After Nomy repeatedly disobeyed Big Brother’s orders to pack up and leave the house, she was disqualified.

Since then, her apology has elicited conflicting responses on social media. While some viewers expressed sympathy, others questioned her assertion that she was unaware of the extent of support she had received.

It’s completely understandable, and we sincerely wish Nomy the very best in her future endeavors.
