Manchester City Launches ‘Farewell Pep – Office Collection’ Charity Auction
Manchester City has launched the “Farewell Pep – Office Collection”, a charity auction offering fans and collectors the chance to own authenticated memorabilia from Pep Guardiola’s office, following his departure after a decade in charge.
The collection, presented through a virtual experience titled “Step Inside Pep’s Office,” features 25 unique items, ranging from Guardiola’s office chair, training gear and tactical notes to personal belongings such as his coffee cups, incense collection, desk lamp and training whistle.
Among the standout items is a signed Erling Haaland commemorative ball celebrating the striker’s journey to 100 Premier League goals, which has attracted the highest bid so far at £5,778. Guardiola’s manager’s jacket has also drawn significant interest with bids reaching £1,900, while his office chair is valued at £788.
Other collectibles include framed photographs that once decorated Guardiola’s office, limited-edition goal-net displays from his final home match in charge, handwritten tactical notes, signed photographs and various personal desk ornaments.
All proceeds from the auction will go to City in the Community (CITC), Manchester City’s official charity, which supports healthier lives for children and adults through football-based programmes.
Guardiola leaves Manchester City after one of the most successful managerial spells in football history, winning 21 trophies in 10 seasons, including multiple Premier League titles, domestic cups and the club’s first UEFA Champions League crown in 2023.
Before arriving in Manchester in 2016, Guardiola enjoyed trophy-laden spells with Barcelona, where he won 14 titles and completed a historic sextuple, and Bayern Munich, where he claimed seven major honours.
The auction is scheduled to close on Sunday, July 29, at 4 p.m. BST, giving supporters one final opportunity to own a piece of Guardiola’s remarkable legacy at Manchester City.
