Family, Friends Bid Farewell As Olu Jacobs Is Laid To Rest

Today, Friday, at This Present House Church in Lekki, Lagos, family, friends, and coworkers gathered for the funeral service of veteran actor Olu Jacobs.

Members of the entertainment industry and other dignitaries attended the service to give the late thespian their final respects.

Among those paying tribute was entertainment entrepreneur Darey Art Alade, who performed his hit song Pray For Me, featuring Olu Jacobs and his wife, veteran actress Joke Silva.

The burial follows a Night of Tributes held on Wednesday at Glover Memorial Hall, Lagos Island, where Nollywood stars and well-wishers gathered to honour the late icon.

May his soul rest in perfect peace. Olu Jacobs’ remarkable legacy and unforgettable contributions to Nollywood will continue to live on in the hearts of his family, colleagues, and fans.
