Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of Nigeria, has received congratulations on her 66th birthday from Hon. Gbolahan Olusegun Yishawu, the member of the Lagos State House of Assembly representing Eti-Osa Constituency II.
In a message of goodwill, Yishawu characterized the First Lady as a sensitive and caring leader whose dedication to enhancing the well-being of families, women, children, young people, and vulnerable Nigerians has supported ongoing humanitarian efforts throughout the nation.
Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s use of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) to support interventions in areas like education, healthcare, agriculture, food security, economic empowerment, and social investment was especially praised by the lawmaker.
Yishawu claims that the initiative’s effects can be seen in a number of initiatives that give vulnerable Nigerians and communities opportunities and relief.
He outlined a number of RHI interventions, such as food outreach programs, healthcare initiatives, support for women and youth, agricultural empowerment, and educational aid. He also mentioned an agricultural mechanization program aimed at 5,000 women and youths, the empowerment of 2,500 women in the Southeast, and N819 million in financial assistance for 1,638 widows of fallen police and military personnel.
He described her as “a listening mother and a mother of the nation who understands the yearnings of Nigerians and continues to show concern for the welfare and dignity of families across the country.”
