ADC Completes Upload Of 2027 Presidential, National Assembly Candidates To INEC Portal

Nafiu Gombe’s ADC faction says it has uploaded its 2027 presidential and NASS candidates, reaffirming commitment to credible leadership and democracy.

A faction of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) says it has completed the upload of its presidential, vice-presidential and National Assembly candidates to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) portal ahead of the 2027 general elections.

The announcement was contained in a statement issued on Sunday by the party’s factional National Chairman, Hon. Nafiu Bala Gombe.

According to the statement, the exercise demonstrates the party’s “firm commitment to safeguarding the interests of our founding and legacy members in the face of anti-democratic tendencies.”

The ADC faction said it remains committed to presenting candidates it believes can provide effective leadership and improve governance.

“As a Party, the ADC remains resolute in its mission to field credible, competent, and people-centered candidates who will provide purposeful leadership, promote good governance, and bring hope to the Nigerian people,” the statement said.
