In advance of the 2027 presidential election, social media star GehGeh has announced his support for Peter Obi, stating that he will vote for the candidate he feels best represents his interests as a Nigerian and Deltan.
Geh Geh clarified that his choice is based on his evaluation of the presidential candidates rather than his political affiliation. He stated that of the possible candidates, including Bola Tinubu, Atiku Abubakar, and Omoyele Sowore, he believes Obi is the best option.
In a post he shared, he said:
“For 2027 election presidency, I dey vote for Peter Obi. My reason is out of the rest of them, Tinubu, Atiku, Sowore and the rest of them, Obi is the best candidate. That is my own personal opinion. On the day of election, I go do video where I dey press this two people. I’m not voting based on political party.
“I dey vote based on the right Candidate wey I feel say e dey worthy to represent my interest as a Deltan and as a Nigerian.
“If anybody never declared their interest, say na this person I dey support, that person is part of the problem. Open your eyes; no let anybody confuse you and use your head.
“If you feel that Obi, Tinubu, Atiku or Sowore is not right for the position, you declare your intention to run for the position so that people wey believe in you go support you.”
Everyone has the right to choose who they want to support, and everyone is entitled to their opinion about who should become the next president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We’re glad GehGeh has now made his choice clear and we know who he’s rooting for.
